Hi!
This is ViolaGirl, or ViolaGirl13 on the Sim's 3 website. From now on all of my stories will be published on this website. Though I am a violist, I am not 13. I just like the number. I appreciate all feedback! You can contact me via email at [email protected], through My Page on the Sims 3 website, or through the contact forms on this website. I'm not a huge fan of the way this site looks as a blog, especially not when compared to how it's organized now. I vastly prefer the commenting system on blogs, but it is not to be. Julia and the Goths was my first real Sims 3 story, completed in November of 2012. The Lupins, Who Live at Home is my first attempt at a legacy.
Some of you may be wondering why this is not a blog. That is a somewhat lengthy story I will put here, and if you don't care you don't have to read it. One thing that must be kept in perspective is that I am somewhat technologically challenged. It took me a year of playing to figure out how to open the cheat box. I kid you not. I probably would have published all my stories through TS3 website, except it refused to save anything I wrote. I finally decided to try something else. Originally that something else was Wordpress, but I was unfamiliar with the interface. I didn't want to spend the time figuring it out. It made my brain get all mushy. Another one of my flaws is that I am not very patient. I could have tried Blogger, but I decided to go with Weebly. I've used Weebly for school projects in the past, and it is very easy to use. At the time I didn't understand that it wasn't like a blog. Weebly did not have a blog option until the beginning of this year. After transferring Julia from my previous Weebly account onto this site, I decided I never wanted to go through that again. I like everything to be in one place, so that was another reason to just stick with Weebly. I've decided to try adding a blog to this website specifically for the purpose of keeping everyone updated and to make commenting easier.
